Free assessment and trial first
Parents do not pay before the free assessment and trial. The goal is simple: your child should experience the teacher and learning rhythm before any paid plan begins.
Monthly billing
Paid plans are billed monthly after enrolment. Parents receive a clear written receipt, and any local billing details are confirmed before payment.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime by emailing info@quranclarityacademy.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. Please include the child's first name and the plan you want to cancel.
Billing stops after the current paid month unless a different written arrangement is confirmed.
Missed lessons
If your child will miss a lesson, tell us as early as possible. We help protect the learning rhythm and keep the Sunday report clear about what was completed and what needs review.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Bank, card, app, or payment-provider timelines may add extra processing time after the refund leaves our side.
